Take flour ,salt in a bowl
Add 1 tbsp butter and baking soda
Make a soft dough
Heat oil in pan add jeeraadd onion and garlic
Saute and add green chilli and ginger
Now add all vegetables and cook them
Add all spices and mix them
Take a ball of dough and roll down
Spread filling in center
Fold all sides and cover stuffing
Then roll down again this square parantha
Heat tawa and add butter
Cook parantha from both sides
Cut from middle and serve with curd and pickle
