Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 cups butter for parantha


  • 1 nos boiled potato


  • 1/4 cups peas


  • 2 tbsp grated cabbage


  • 2 tbsp grated carrot


  • 1/2 cups onion


  • 1 cups crumbled paneer


  • 2 nos cloves of garlic


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 tbsp ciriander leaves


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 4 nos curry leaves

Directions

  • Take flour ,salt in a bowl
  • Add 1 tbsp butter and baking soda
  • Make a soft dough
  • Heat oil in pan add jeeraadd onion and garlic
  • Saute and add green chilli and ginger
  • Now add all vegetables and cook them
  • Add all spices and mix them
  • Take a ball of dough and roll down
  • Spread filling in center
  • Fold all sides and cover stuffing
  • Then roll down again this square parantha
  • Heat tawa and add butter
  • Cook parantha from both sides
  • Cut from middle and serve with curd and pickle
